2007 DKM - Best of Show - Black Sea Baltic Porter
Todd Peterson, who was just edged out in the BoS round in 2005 grabbed the prize with his Baltic Porter. Shockingly young (brewed 12/6/2006, judged 1/20/2007), this beer captured the judges palates with its balanced roast and complex malt character.
