Craig showed up at our monthly meeting with a hell of a Vanilla Porter inspired by Gregg Van Citters' article on Chocolate beers. Here you have a fat luxe porter with a roundness and perfume of vanilla.

To add the vanilla flavor, Craig went and soaked the vanilla beans in several ounces of vodka for 4 days
This homemade vanilla extract was then added to the beer in the secondary
