Far West Texas - Cascadia Double IPA
George puts two things to rest here, a fest brew and a chance to use the vaunted Rogue Pacman Strain that's been made available from Wyeast for the next few months. It's all good clean fun as his beer gathered more strength than anticipated and became a Double IPA, instead of the original intended IPA. Don't you just hate when that happens?

Mash out 168 F 20 minutes

Pull first one gallon of wort and invert with 1 lbs of dark brown sugar.
Return to the boil kettle with 30 minutes remaining in the boil.
