Notes

From Bud's notes:

Mashed at 158 for 60 minutes. Total boil time was 90 minutes.

DME was used to make up for a deficiant supply of 2-Row

Pitched WLP001 harvested from previously made American brown ale. Fermented at room temperature (my thermostat is set at 68 degrees during the winter months). Transferred to secondary for 1 week, then I bottled using corn sugar to prime.

OG 1.057 - 14Plato.
FG Unknown - fermentation activity completed within 1 week so I didn't take a FG reading.
IBU = 35
SRM = 65
