Orange Juice (Juiced) 50.0 lbs -

50gm Orange Zest
Yeast Nutrient
Notes

Heat 1/5 gallon of juice sufficient to dissolve honey.

Oxigenate well.

Primary fermentation 1 month, rack to secondary.

Let settle (about 3 months) and rack to tertiary.

After 3-6 months, fine with bentonite and Sparkaloid, chill and rack off sediment.
