Oktoberfest Winner - Craig Shapland's Eisbock
What a week! Craig originally broke this beer out for a segment of the Tasting Room where it wowed host Tom Leykis. Following that success, Craig dropped a bottle of this deep rich caramel laden Eisbock on the judges at the Oktoberfest, where it scored a whopping 45.5!

Ferment at 50 degrees for four weeks
Rack and lager at 34 degrees for four months
Rack into corney keg and reduce temp to 28 degrees for 24 hours
When beer turns slushy, rack the unfrozen portion into new corney
Carbonate to 2.5 volumes of co2 and enjoy!
