DIPA Tasteoff Winner - Tom Wolf's Hop Worship Double IPA
Out of best lineup ever gathered for a club's tasteoff for a brew session, Tom Wolf emerged victorous over a tough field (Winner was decided by a runoff with the third place entry one vote behind). This DIPA is agressively hop forward with an emphasis on the strong piney flavors of Chinook hops.

From "Good" Tom's Notes:

Batch Size 7.69
First wort hop with 1 oz of the Chinook flowers.
Add 1tsp Whirlflock moss 20 minutes before end.
Chill to 60 F and pitch 2 gallon starter.
Ferment two weeks at <68 F
Dry Hop 2 weeks with 1/2 oz each of Fuggles and Crystal flowers.
Slowly lower temperature to 32 F on the 4th week to drop yeast and haze.
Force carbonate to 2.5 atmospheres.
