Out of all the club Saison's, Biere de Gardes, etc, it was John Aitchison's Saison, inspired by Tomme Arthur's (Pizza Port) SPF-8 Saison, that took him the prize and will be our official entry into the AHA's first Club Only Competition of the year. Good luck John! (If the judges don't like this malty complex concoction, well.. they can go spit.)
