The original plan for May was just to call May a wash since we were getting 10 different types of warm and were about 20 types of busy.
But we got a quick call from the fine folks at NHK TV (The Japanese equivalent to the BBC) asking if we could help them with a project for an NHK program on people having fun with beer.
The Falcons answered the call with a recipe borrowed from Rich Schmittdiel (and modified to the different tastes of us all)
