Brewed on a combination of the Falcons Pilot Brewery and the Forever Brewery.(freshly transported from the Brode residence.)
The brew itself was fairly painless, but we suffered a small shortfall in our expected yield (The grainbill was calculated for 20 Gallons and not 22 Gallons.) and we made up for it with a small portion of DME.
The brew is being fermented in Primary at John Daume's shop in the club's Chest freezer out back. Gravities will be updated as taken.
The current plan is to be take 10 gallons of the Doppelbock and turn it into 8 gallons of Eisbock. (Woo hoo!)
