Last year, this time we did our Rye Barleywine in celebration of Bastille Day. At this month's club meeting, exactly 364 days from brewing, we tapped the keg. In a new spirit of adventurousness we decided to make another alternative barleywine.
For some reason, we had issues with our gravity. Remember to add the honey before you're ready to cool folks!
