Bill Krouss of the Strand Brewers is the last of our top prize winners for the 2003 Mayfaire. His Munich Helles received a main round score of 37 and was well received by the judges in the Best of Show round.
This beer was fermented in primary for 12 days between 50-55 degrees and aged in secondary for another 40 days at 39F.
