Here's the backbone of Pete's Lambic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
Yield: 1 grinder of love
Sea salt
4-Color Peppercorns
Whole Coriander Seed
Cumin Seed
Dry Rosemary
roasted freeze-dried Garlic
1/2 tspAllspice Berries

Method

Combine in your favorite pepper mill.
