Overview: Who is Doug King? Doug was an avid homebrewer and dedicated member of the Maltose Falcons. While heading to the 1999 Northern California Homebrewer's Festival, Doug was involved in a fatal car accident and we lost a great brewer and friend.
This competition is dedicated to Doug's memory and his fondness for experimenting with his beers from the mighty King of Beers, Dougweiser, to beers using rye bread and chocolate birthday cakes. Bring us your lagers and your strangest experiments to help us celebrate Doug's birthday!
